The mailing lists are good places to get help on Rivendell. Two active mailing lists exist:

  • The “dev” list (which is a bit of a misleading name) on which all things Rivendell are open for discussion
  • The “prog” list on which Rivendell source code and development is discussed

The Rivendell google groups are at rivendell-dev (covering Mar 2007 to April 2012) and rivendell-programmer (covering Mar 2007 to present, as of September 2017).
